Four generations...

Four generations came together on Thursday as Riley met her great grandmother, MaMa Payne, for the first time. Along with Mommy and Nana, that was four generations, so pretty neat stuff. Day one was a little iffy since she has recently decided that faces she does not see every day...in other words mine or Mommy's...are not ones she likes very much at all. As a result, neither Nana nor MaMa had much of a chance to hold her before the waterworks were flowing heavily. That's never good :)
However day two was much better, and Riley and MaMa had quite the time together...especially playing "pat-a-cake" for the first time. In Riley's world, at least at that moment, that was the greatest thing ever. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more to be honest...MaMa...Riley...or the rest of us watching the two of them playing.
